Found & Felt is a small app in early testing. These are the terms you agree to when you use it.
Found & Felt (“we”, “us”) is made and operated by O’Fung Studios, LLC, which also owns this website. Contact: zenia@foundandfelt.com.
Features will change and things will occasionally break. We may change the app or end the testing programme at any time.
Don’t treat Found & Felt as the only copy of anything. Keep your photos backed up.
You must be 18 or older to create an account. Keep your login private and tell us if you think someone else has access. You’re responsible for activity and content under your account.
You own your photos and answers. These terms don’t change that.
You permit us to store and process the photos you make available and the answers you write, only to provide the service: writing moments, assembling your book and moment PDFs, and printing and shipping books you order. This permission ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies the law requires us to keep or that remain briefly in routine backups.
We don’t sell your content, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.

This website (not the app) uses PostHog, on our behalf, to see what’s working. We collect pages visited, referrer, rough location from your IP address, browser and device type, and how you use the page: clicks, scroll depth, questions opened, and early-access form progress.
We don’t track you across other sites or know who you are unless you enter your email in the form, which we use only to contact you about early access. We never sell any of it.
Scenes and questions are drafted by AI from your photos. They’re a starting point, not a record of fact: dates, places, names, and details can be wrong. You can edit or delete any moment; read everything before printing.
Your answers are your own writing, never generated.
Moment PDFs are free to download. Printed books are optional and paid.
The full price, including shipping and taxes, is shown before you confirm. Nothing is printed or charged without your approval. Books are made to order, so orders can’t be cancelled once printing begins. If a book arrives damaged, misprinted, or wrong, tell us within 30 days and we’ll reprint or refund it.
The app, site, Found & Felt name, crow, wordmark, and book designs and templates belong to us. Use the PDFs and printed book of your own year however you like, including printing more copies. Don’t reuse our branding or templates.
You can delete your account anytime; we then delete your content, subject to section 4.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. If we shut the service down, we’ll give reasonable notice and a way to download your moments as PDFs first.
Found & Felt is provided “as is”. We can’t promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or find every moment that matters to you.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data or content.
If a change materially affects you, we’ll tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use Found & Felt after that means you accept the updated terms.
